Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
The short version: browsing this site and contacting us are covered here. Actual projects are covered by a separate signed agreement.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of the cruxdevelopment.pl website. They do not govern any project we carry out for you - paid work is covered by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work or contract) signed by both sides. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
Use of the site
You may browse the site and contact us through it for lawful purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us.
The contact form is for project enquiries. Don't submit sensitive personal data through it - health information, financial account numbers or government identifiers.
Portfolio and demo previews
Projects on this site labelled “Demo preview” are interactive showcase builds we made to demonstrate our work. They are not live client sites and were not delivered under a client contract. Other case studies describe real work; any figures quoted are those reported by the client or measured at handover.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and graphics of this website are owned by Crux Development unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Ownership of work we produce for a client is dealt with in that client's agreement - as a rule, custom deliverables transfer to the client on final payment.
Third-party services and links
The site embeds or links to third-party services - Trustpilot, Formspree, template previews hosted on Vercel, and Google Fonts. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or availability. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
No warranty
The website and its content are provided “as is”, for general information. We don't warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Any pricing guidance on the site is indicative and does not constitute an offer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Crux Development is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall to the courts with jurisdiction over the seat of Crux Development.
Changes
We may revise these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.

Provided for transparency - this is not legal advice, and any project we take on is governed by its own signed agreement.
