Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how we work, what things cost, and what you walk away with.
What kind of projects do you take on?
Marketing sites and landing pages, custom web applications built on React and Node.js, and performance or UX rebuilds of existing products. If it runs in a browser and quality matters, it's in scope. We deliberately keep a small client roster so each project gets senior attention from start to finish.
How much does a website or web application cost?
Every project is quoted individually after a short scoping conversation, because price follows scope - number of pages or screens, integrations, content readiness and how custom the design is. As a rough guide, landing pages start in the low four figures (EUR) and full web applications are scoped per feature set. You always get a fixed quote before any work begins.
How long does a project take?
A focused landing page is usually 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger marketing sites run 4–8 weeks. Web applications depend entirely on scope and are planned in milestones. A timeline goes out with every quote, and you get an update at each milestone.
What technologies do you use?
React and TypeScript on the front end, and Node.js for most APIs. For heavier or existing back-ends we also work in Java (Spring) and PHP (Laravel / Symfony) - we build in the stack that fits your team and infrastructure, not only ours. Tailwind CSS or a bespoke design system for styling; static marketing sites in Astro for instant load times. We pick the lightest stack that does the job rather than defaulting to a heavy framework.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. We're based in Warsaw and work with clients across Europe and beyond, in English or Polish. Communication is async-friendly, with scheduled calls only at the milestones that need them.
What does the process look like?
A scoping call, then a written quote and timeline. Once approved: design, build in milestones you can review, then a launch checklist covering performance, accessibility, analytics and SEO. After launch you receive the code, documentation and a short handover.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes - either a monthly retainer for continuous work and improvements, or ad-hoc support billed by the hour. There's no lock-in: the project is yours to host and maintain however you want.
Who owns the code and the design?
You do. On final payment, all custom code, design files and assets we produce for your project are transferred to you. We only reuse generic, non-client-specific building blocks.
Can you improve an existing site instead of starting over?
Often, yes. We start with an audit of performance, accessibility, SEO and code health, then recommend whether targeted fixes or a rebuild gets you further for the budget. Some of our best results come from rebuilds.
